Property Canopy provides 24/7 access with our online cloud-based property management software. This cutting-edge feature allows anytime access to online statements, documents, inspection reports, and work orders. Rent distributions are directly deposited electronically to your bank account.
Maintenance
Property management is property maintenance. A well-maintained building attracts qualified tenants, improves resident retention and protects the value of your investment property. All Vendors are required to be licensed and insured. Interim surveys will verify proper tenant care and maintenance as well as identify long term and turnover maintenance needs to protect your investment.
Tenant and Lease Administration
Our staff works diligently to collect rent payments in a timely manner. Tenants have available an online rent payment feature as well as a portal for making maintenance requests. We work with tenants to verify they are in compliance with the lease while they quietly enjoy their stay in a managed property.
